FAQ
How long does the application process take?
We review every application personally and aim to respond within five working days. Occasionally during busy periods this can take a little longer.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
We don't currently accept any applicants with less than 1,000 followers. Over this however, we focus on engagement, style fit, and the quality of your content more than your follower count. Some of our most valued ambassadors have smaller, highly engaged audiences.
How does commission work?
You'll receive a unique discount code. Every time someone uses it at checkout, you earn a 10% commission on the total value of that sale. Commission is tracked automatically through Shopify Collabs and paid out monthly, directly to you.
Who owns the content I create?
You do. If we do re-share your content, this will always be credited appropriately and permission will always be asked, if we use your content outside of social media platforms.
What if my application is declined?
We keep the programme small so we can support every ambassador properly, which means we sometimes have to say no to creators we'd love to work with. A decline isn't a closed door, we welcome future applications as your platform grows.
