Return & Exchange Policy

 

We really hope that you enjoy your towel, however if you would like to organise a refund or exchange, it must be done within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact us and we will get back to you with the relevant information specific to your region. Once we have received the unused items, we will issue you with a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the shipping cost of returning an unwanted item or incorrect selection and we are unable to give a full refund on used items.
